My mother sells baby accessories in her shop. She has basically baby clothes and stuff like baby carriages and cots. But she sells also toys and baby baths, beddings and baby blankets. The business is doing just fine and as long as people are having babies she will not have to worry about money. Of course from time to time there is always an unhappy customer who do not like the product he bought or a customer who wants his money back but those cases are rather rare. But some time ago my mother has serious problems when many of her customers were complaining about baby blankets she sold them. They were losing colors after first washing and they tore easily. My mother did not know what to do with this. She got those baby blankets from a new supplier. The whole case ended when my mother gave back all money to all the customers who bought those weird baby blankets. She of course is fighting now to get back money from the supplier but is seems that this case will be taken to the court. As it seems my mother was not the only salesman who was selling those babe blankets and not only she has those problems with customers. The baby blankets were made in China and the supplier counted on big profits but he did not checked them before he bought them.
